Lisa Del Ben

Director of Operations, Floodgate

My name is Lisa Del Ben. I am Director of Operations at Floodgate, where I oversee internal operations, administrative management, human resources, and information technology.

Prior to joining Floodgate, I served as Business & Administrative Operations Manager at Cercano Management from January 2022 until July 2023, where I managed operational workflows, supported legal and administrative functions, and ensured efficient execution across the firm.

Before that, I worked at Vulcan Capital, the multi-billion-dollar investment arm founded by Paul Allen. I helped launch its Silicon Valley investment office and held managerial roles in business and administrative operations. Earlier in my career, I served as an Executive Assistant at Summit Partners, supporting leadership and deal teams.

Even earlier, I worked in office management and accounting roles across several companies in the construction industry— gaining experience in financial controls, operations, and staff coordination.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Menlo College.

Outside of work, I am passionate about fitness and family. You’ll often find me on the sidelines watching my daughters play soccer, or pursuing a new workout to stay energized and balanced.
